About

Cecilia Sandrini works as a Planting Consultant, Craft Gardener and Horticulture Lecturer, specialising in beautiful planting schemes that suit the client and benefit nature, whilst using her artistic background.

Currently she works for private clients, Landscape Architects, and Kings College Cambridge, with a special interest in helping create show gardens for designers at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and in 2025 is the Planting Consultant for Musa Landscape on the All About Plants x Seawilding Garden.

Previously a graduate of Norwich School of Art and Design, Cecilia was an installation artist, exhibiting nationally and featured in arts publications, she curated exhibitions in Norwich and London whilst acting as an advisor to other artists. After an evolution of more works being made outside, alongside a concern for the environment, she retrained in horticulture and design.

Each project is bespoke, an individual intervention and a chance for each client to imprint their own personality into the garden whilst guided with what can work with minimal imprint on the environment.

In 2023, Cecilia been awarded the Best Overall RHS Student from Writtle University College, and a Gold medal for her Beautiful Border at BBC Gardener’s World Autumn Fair, and was the Shortlisted finalist at Capel Manor College’s Plants and Planting course competition.
